Valley Digital

About

Built for owners who still answer the shop phone.

Omar “Ricky” Gonzalez

I started Valley Digital because the local shops I care about kept losing to whoever had a cleaner Maps listing — and because “AI for operations” decks do not help a salon owner with color on the clock.

How I like to work

Plain English. If I cannot explain the recommendation on a napkin, it is the wrong recommendation. We pick one first move — a site, a missed-call text, reminders — and we finish it.

You own the work. The domain stays in your name. I will not lock you into a tool you cannot leave, and I will not pretend a particle animation is a marketing strategy.

I am one studio, not a bench of unused strategists. That is why the audit is short and the quote is specific. If I am booked, I will say so.

A fit if

  • You run a local shop with a handful of people.
  • The phone rings while you are with a customer.
  • The website is old, missing, or just an Instagram bio.
  • You want something live in weeks, not a six-month program.

Not a fit if

  • You need a 40-page enterprise redesign and a steering committee.
  • You want “AI transformation” without changing how the phone is answered.
  • You need national media buying as the main service.

If that sounds like your shop, say hello.

Book a 15-minute call. If we are not a fit, you will hear that too. I reply within 24 hours.
